The sculptural planting commission to create landmarks along a 2.5km long site linking the town of Ripley with the countryside included a Crab Apple tree circle, an avenue of Himalayan birch, large scale bulb planting referencing the site’s past as a railway line, swathes of red Dogwood, earthworks, living willow pods and a large wildflower meadow.
Nadya worked closely with Amber Valley Borough Council, Groundwork and local residents to design and implement the scheme.
