Plastic pyramid 2018

Commissioned by Doddington Hall as part of their Summer Sculpture Exhibition, the Plastic Pyramid was conceived to highlight the estate’s commitment to eradicating their consumption of single use plastics. The walls of the pyramid are assembled over the summer of 2018 by visitors to Doddington Hall using waste plastic bottles collected from staff and visitors. The result was a glass-like structure that caught the rain and was iridescent under the sunlight.
